Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,226 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication, rRNA processing, and Double-strand break repair via break-induced replication. Each is linked with RAN in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAN-to-partner and partner-to-RAN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA replication grouped by RAN-low versus RAN-high in OESOPHAGUS.
