Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,575 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RHOJ, PTPRB, and KLF2. Each is linked with RAMP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAMP2 versus RHOJ in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
