RAMP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,833 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL20-DT, ZNHIT3, and TAF9. Each is linked with RAMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL20-DT grouped by RAMP2-low versus RAMP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
