Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,640 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amylin receptor 2 signaling pathway, Ribonucleotide biosynthetic process, and Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RAMP2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-RAMP2 results are reported.
