RAMACL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAMACL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,952 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAMACL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SHANK3_S1570, CXorf38_T314, and KANK3_S160. Each is linked with RAMACL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAMACL-to-partner and partner-to-RAMACL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAMACL versus SHANK3_S1570 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAMACL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAMACL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
