Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALYL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,554 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RALYL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SV2B, SNPH, and NALCN. Each is linked with RALYL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALYL-to-partner and partner-to-RALYL results are reported.
