RALGPS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGPS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,426 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGPS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RALGPS2_S422, RALGPS2_T361, and RALGPS2_S343. Each is linked with RALGPS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGPS2-to-partner and partner-to-RALGPS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALGPS2 versus RALGPS2_S422 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
