Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGPS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,575 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RALGPS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPN2P1, C1orf220, and AREG. Each is linked with RALGPS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGPS2-to-partner and partner-to-RALGPS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALGPS2 versus PTPN2P1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGPS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGPS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
