RALGPS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGPS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,499 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGPS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STRBP, BRD3, and ZNF768_S160. Each is linked with RALGPS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGPS1-to-partner and partner-to-RALGPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALGPS1 versus STRBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
