Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGPS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,288 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RALGPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN3, RPL12P20, and GTDC1. Each is linked with RALGPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGPS1-to-partner and partner-to-RALGPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALGPS1 versus SEPTIN3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
