Across TCGA cell cohorts, RALGPS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,488 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACFD1, C2orf15, and ARRDC1. Each is linked with RALGPS1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGPS1-to-partner and partner-to-RALGPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALGPS1 versus CACFD1 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
