RALGPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RALGPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC10A2, GPR149, and PRAMEF26. Each is linked with RALGPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGPS1-to-partner and partner-to-RALGPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC10A2 grouped by RALGPS1-low versus RALGPS1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
