RALGAPB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGAPB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,547 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGAPB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD1B, PCIF1, and RALY. Each is linked with RALGAPB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGAPB-to-partner and partner-to-RALGAPB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALGAPB versus RPRD1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGAPB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGAPB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
