RALGAPA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGAPA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,829 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGAPA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLPI, ANKEF1, and WFDC2. Each is linked with RALGAPA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGAPA2-to-partner and partner-to-RALGAPA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGAPA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGAPA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
