Across TCGA cell cohorts, RALGAPA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,711 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGAPA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ral protein signal transduction, Golgi to endosome transport, and Glycerolipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RALGAPA2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGAPA2-to-partner and partner-to-RALGAPA2 results are reported.
