RALGAPA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGAPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,039 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGAPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBS1, ANGEL2, and THAP6. Each is linked with RALGAPA1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGAPA1-to-partner and partner-to-RALGAPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALGAPA1 versus BBS1 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGAPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGAPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
