RALGAPA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGAPA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,753 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGAPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP4S1, PPM1A, and HCK. Each is linked with RALGAPA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGAPA1-to-partner and partner-to-RALGAPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALGAPA1 versus AP4S1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGAPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGAPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
