RALGAPA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALGAPA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGAPA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPC24, AIMP1, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with RALGAPA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGAPA1-to-partner and partner-to-RALGAPA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPC24 grouped by RALGAPA1-low versus RALGAPA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALGAPA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALGAPA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
