Across TCGA cell cohorts, RALGAPA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,743 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALGAPA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle tethering, Vesicle targeting, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with RALGAPA1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALGAPA1-to-partner and partner-to-RALGAPA1 results are reported.
