Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALBP1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,484 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALBP1P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Rhythmic process, Nuclear export, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with RALBP1P1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALBP1P1-to-partner and partner-to-RALBP1P1 results are reported.
