RALBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,449 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNMT, USP14, and YES1. Each is linked with RALBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RALBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALBP1 versus RNMT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
