Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,305 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RALBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are REPS1, REPS2, and PEX7. Each is linked with RALBP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RALBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALBP1 versus REPS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
