Across TCGA cell cohorts, RALBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,044 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycoside transport, Negative regulation of macrophage colony-stimulating factor signaling pathway, and Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process. Each is linked with RALBP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALBP1-to-partner and partner-to-RALBP1 results are reported.
