Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RALB mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RALB data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RALB mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RALB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where RALB mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
