RALB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,851 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM4, ZNF185, and JPT1. Each is linked with RALB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALB-to-partner and partner-to-RALB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALB versus PDLIM4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
