Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,294 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RALB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTN4, ZDHHC15, and SQOR. Each is linked with RALB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALB-to-partner and partner-to-RALB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RALB versus RTN4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RALB→partner) and Y-score (partner→RALB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
