Across TCGA patient cohorts, RALB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,966 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RALB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-39P, MIR4774, and BPY2DP. Each is linked with RALB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RALB-to-partner and partner-to-RALB results are reported.
