Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,039 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSG, HSPD1P1, and UBE2S. Each is linked with RAI2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI2-to-partner and partner-to-RAI2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAI2 versus CTSG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
