Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,600 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPVL1, CEP76, and OIP5. Each is linked with RAI2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI2-to-partner and partner-to-RAI2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPVL1 grouped by RAI2-low versus RAI2-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
