Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,441 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAI2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, and Calcium ion transport. Each is linked with RAI2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI2-to-partner and partner-to-RAI2 results are reported.
