RAI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAP2D, GJE1, and CLRN2. Each is linked with RAI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI2-to-partner and partner-to-RAI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2D grouped by RAI2-low versus RAI2-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
