Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAI14 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAI14 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 12 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher RAI14 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAI14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

LSCC, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RAI14 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
