RAI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,660 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI1_S1266, RAI1_S1374, and PHF14. Each is linked with RAI1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI1-to-partner and partner-to-RAI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAI1 versus RAI1_S1266 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
