RAI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,414 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS3, RPAIN, and NUP88. Each is linked with RAI1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAI1-to-partner and partner-to-RAI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAI1 versus COPS3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
