RAG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,944 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4444-2, ENO1, and CDC45. Each is linked with RAG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAG2-to-partner and partner-to-RAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4444-2 grouped by RAG2-low versus RAG2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
