RAG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,214 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRAF6, ZKSCAN1, and DDB2. Each is linked with RAG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAG1-to-partner and partner-to-RAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAG1 versus TRAF6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
