RAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ASNS, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with RAG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAG1-to-partner and partner-to-RAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by RAG1-low versus RAG1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
