RAF1P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAF1P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,289 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAF1P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZC3H4_S1269, VCL_S357, and REXO1_S358. Each is linked with RAF1P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAF1P1-to-partner and partner-to-RAF1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAF1P1 versus ZC3H4_S1269 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAF1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAF1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
