Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,435 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, ANKRD28, and COPG1. Each is linked with RAF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAF1-to-partner and partner-to-RAF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAF1 versus TOP2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
