Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,515 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPC4, EMC3, and OXNAD1. Each is linked with RAF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAF1-to-partner and partner-to-RAF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAF1 versus ARPC4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
