RAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with RAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAF1-to-partner and partner-to-RAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by RAF1-low versus RAF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
