Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,338 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are P-body assembly, Regulation of chromosome condensation, and Protein localization to chromosome. Each is linked with RAF1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAF1-to-partner and partner-to-RAF1 results are reported.
