Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6, TLE7, and OR1L1. Each is linked with RAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAF1-to-partner and partner-to-RAF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-6 grouped by RAF1-low versus RAF1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
