Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAET1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAET1L data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RAET1L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAET1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RAET1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
