RAET1K

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAET1K RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,429 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAET1K-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, MCM2, and MCM4. Each is linked with RAET1K in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAET1K-to-partner and partner-to-RAET1K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAET1K→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAET1K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
