Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAET1K mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAET1K-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, p53, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with RAET1K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAET1K-to-partner and partner-to-RAET1K results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAET1K→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAET1K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
