Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAET1G RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAET1G data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RAET1G RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAET1G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and MESO show a favorable association.

KIRC, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where RAET1G RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
