Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,940 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADNP, CSE1L, and PRPF6. Each is linked with RAE1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAE1-to-partner and partner-to-RAE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAE1 versus ADNP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
