Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,023 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR223HG, ALOX5AP, and FCGR2A. Each is linked with RAE1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAE1-to-partner and partner-to-RAE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAE1 versus MIR223HG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
