Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,336 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P26, TRGJP2, and SNORA84. Each is linked with RAE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAE1-to-partner and partner-to-RAE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P26 grouped by RAE1-low versus RAE1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
